Tropical Depression 16E
A strong disturbance in the western Caribbean, off the coast of Nicaragua, was designated Tropical Depression 16 on October 14th.
According to the U.S. National Hurricane Center, as of 5:00A.M. EDT on October 15th, it was located about 150km (95mi) east of El Limón, Honduras and about 460 km (285 mi) east of Monkey River Town, Belize. It is moving westward at a speed of about 9km/h (6mph), with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h (30mph) and stronger gusts.

A tropical storm watch has been issued for the east coast of Guatemala and the coast of Belize from Belize City southward to the Guatemalan border. A tropical storm warning is also in effect for the Caribbean coast of Honduras.
