As of 8:00 PM PDT (03:00 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression 10E was located near latitude 20.7 North, longitude 110.9 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 6 mph (9 km/hr). This general motion with an increase in forward speed is expected over the next day or so.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 30 mph (45 km/hr) with higher gusts. Additional weakening is expected during the next day or so. The depression could become a remnant low today and then degenerate into a trough by Sunday. Estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
