20.7N 88.3WAs of 10 p.m. CDT (0300 UTC) October 27, Tropical Storm Rina was located within 15 nautical miles of 20.5°N 87.2°W, about 20 mi (85 km) west of Cozumel, Mexico.
Maximum sustained winds are 50 knots (60 mph, 95 km/h), with stronger gusts. Minimum central pressure is 996 mbar (hPa; 29.41 InHg), and the system is moving north at 6 kt (7 mph, 11 km/h). Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 70 miles (110 km) from the center of Rina.
