Dolphin has weakened to a Tropical Depression.

It is located approximately 40 nautical miles east of Iwo To (Iwo Jima), and has tracked east-northeastward at 25 knots over the past six hours.

The low level circulation center has been absorbed into the mid-latitude flow and convection has dissipated.

Maximum significant wave height is 10 feet.

The Joint Typhoon Warning Center will not issue further warnings, although it will closely monitor the system for signs of regeneration.
