Depression over Tyrrhenian Sea Clears
The depression over the Tyrrhenian Sea observed yesterday has lost its tight spiral shape.
Its remnants are still moving southwest, while most of the clouds over the Tyrrhenian Sea have cleared.
The depression brought rain to Sicily yesterday. In today’s close-up image, sediments, probably dredged up by the rains, flow into the sea.
The southern coast of the island is framed by an algal bloom, most evident where it extends from the southeastern tip.
