Although the Persian Gulf is slightly veiled by airborne dust, greenish sediments can be seen spilling from the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers off the coast of Iraq.

The area by these rivermouths is best observed by opening the full image,. This makes it possible to see the intricate interlacing of  irrigation canals and the channels of the two rivers  in the delta area.
