This APM image shows the winding path of the Tarauacá River as it crosses the Brazilian state of Amazonas, just north of the border with Acre. The Tarauacá is a tributary of the Juruá River, which is turn is a tributary of the Amazon.

Here, it flows north towards its confluence with the Enbirá River (also known as Envira), near the city of Envira. In the full image, a small section of the Enbirá can be observed in the lower right corner.
