This orthorectified image focuses on the Dutch province of Flevoland. It is located in the centre of the country, at the location of the former Zuiderzee, and consists of two large islands.

Two bodies of water can be observed in the upper part of the image. To the left is the Markermeer, a 700 km2 (270 sq mi) lake. It is separated from the other body of water, the 1100 kmĀ² IJsselmeer, by a dike called the Houtribdijk, visible as a faint grey line.
