Dust Over Arabian Peninsula - March 21st, 2012

In the lower part of this image, dust blows off the coasts of Yemen and Oman, forming a plume that spreads horizontally over the Arabian Sea. In the upper part of the image, a veil of dust blows off the coasts of Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Oman, northwards across the Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz and Gulf of Oman, towards Iran.
