Fires can be seen in Queensland, Australia, north of Porcupine Gorge National Park (the dark brown area at center left) and west of Great Basalt Wall National Park (the greenish-brown elongonated area above center right). Some of the blazes may be located in or near Blackbraes National Park, which is situated 1265 km northwest of Brisbane, 170 km north of Hughenden, and 280 km west of Townsville.
