Plumes of smoke from several fires in Australia’s Northern Territory can be seen blowing towards the northwest. The fires are ablaze in the Arnhem Land Region is one of the five regions of the Northern Territory, located in the north-eastern corner of the territory. Visible in the upper left corner are sediments streaming into the Van Diemen Gulf.
