Light Veil of Dust Over Red Sea

A thin veil of dust can be observed over the Red Sea, in the lower left quadrant of this image, stretching from Eritrea to the Arabian Peninsula. Visible, free of dust, in the upper right quadrant is the Persian Gulf. In the full image, sediments can be seen entering the northern part of the gulf off the coasts of Iraq and Kuwait.
